Choir 25th Anniversary Video Submissions

We're thrilled to invite you to participate in our 25th-anniversary celebration by submitting videos! Your memories, well-wishes, stories, and even archival footage will help us create a memorable tribute to our ministry. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your video is included.

​

Submission Deadline: May 16, 2025

How to Submit Your Video(s):

​

1. For Newly Recorded Videos:

​

  • Video Length: Aim for a video between 30 seconds and 2 minutes.

  • Aspect Ratio: Please record your video in 16:9 horizontal (landscape) format.

  • File Format: Save your video as an MP4 (.mp4) file.

  • Lighting:

    • Choose a well-lit location.

    • Avoid light coming from behind you, as this can make you appear dark.

  • Sound:

    • Minimize background noise.

    • Speak clearly and at a moderate volume.

  • Framing: Position the camera so that your head and shoulders are visible.

  • Video Content:

    • We encourage you to share your favorite choir memories, stories, and well-wishes. Here are some prompts to get you started:

      • What is your favorite Patrick Riddick and D’vyne Worship memory?

      • What does Patrick Riddick and D’vyne Worship mean to you?

      • How has Patrick Riddick and D’vyne Worship impacted your life?

      • What are your hopes for Patrick Riddick and D’vyne Worship’s future?

      • Share a funny or heartwarming story about your time with Patrick Riddick and D’vyne Worship.

      • What does Patrick Riddick and D’vyne Worship mean to your community?

    • Feel free to sing a short snippet of a favorite choir song or share a brief musical performance.

2. For Archival/Previously Recorded Videos:

​

  • Video Content: This can be recordings of past performances, rehearsals, or other choir events.

  • Information: If you have any information about the video (date, location, event), please include it in the video description on the Google Form.

​

3. Submit Your Video(s):

​

  • Please submit your video(s) using this Google Form Link.

    • The form will ask for your name, contact information (optional), years of participation (if applicable), a brief description of your video(s), permission to use your video(s), and an area to upload your video file(s).​

​

Important Notes:

​

  • By submitting your video(s), you grant the choir permission to use it for the 25th-anniversary celebration and related promotional materials, depending on the permissions you grant within the Google Form.
